Dr. Caroline Leaf is a communication pathologist and cognitive neuroscientist with a Masters and PhD in Communication Pathology and a BSc Logopaedics, specializing in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology.

Her science of thought techniques have transformed the lives of patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), learning disabilities (ADD, ADHD), autism, the dementia, emotional traumas and mental health issues and has shown thousands of students of all ages, and adults and corporations how to use their minds to detox and develop their brains.

She has presented her unique Switch on Your Brain with the 5-Step Learning Process® and the Metacognitive-Map™ learning tool to thousands of students and corporations worldwide. She developed the Geodesic Learning™ theory and the metacognitive-mapping approach (how we think and process information), which has been shown to increase thinking, behavioral and academic performance by 35-75%.

This revolutionary theory has contributed to how we understand the science of thought, explaining how thoughts form, how we process information, the power of the non-conscious mind and the relationship between the non-conscious and conscious. The theory proposes that everything you say and do is first a physical thought in the physical brain, a thought which you built with your mind. You think, and then you do, which cycles back to the original thought, changing it, and the thoughts connected to it, in a dynamic interrelationship.

Hence if your thinking is toxic, then your communication and behavior are toxic, and vice versa. In the same way, looking at a person’s language and communication is reflective of what is happening in their mind and brain.

She frequently share on topics such as:

1. Thinking and learning 2. Controlling your thought life 3. Managing stress 4. Eradicating toxic thoughts through the 21 day brain detox 5. Overcoming mental, emotional, and spiritual strongholds 6. Understanding male and female brain differences 7. Applying wisdom 8. Identifying your Perfect you through the researched UQ profile 9. The discomfort zones 10. The dirty dozen

The Perfect You: A Blueprint for Identity

There are a lot of personality tests out there designed to label you and put you in a particular box. But Dr. Caroline Leaf says there’s much more to you than a personality profile can capture. In fact, you cannot be categorized!

In this fascinating book, she takes readers through seven steps to rediscover and unlock their unique “you quotient”—the brilliantly original way each person thinks, feels, relates, and makes choices—freeing them from comparison, envy, and jealousy, which destroy brain tissue.

Readers learn to be aware of what’s going on in their own minds and bodies, to lean in to their own experience rather than trying to forcefully change it, and to redefine what success means to them. Released from the suffocating box of expectations, they’ll embrace their true identity and develop a clear sense of divine purpose in their lives.

Knowing and understanding our identity empowers our choices. Unlocking one’s you quotient is not optional—it is essential.

The Godwink Effect: 7 Secrets to God’s Signs, Wonders, and Answered Prayers (The Godwink Series)

Prayer is a universal concept that anyone can do. It simply involves conversation between you and God, and oftentimes brings incredible and astonishing results. The outcomes are called “answered prayer.” Yet, with no alternative word in the English language for answered prayer, readers have begun to fill the void with Godwink, which is now making its way into dictionaries.

In The Godwink Effect, SQuire and Louise, husband and wife, make the case that Godwinks and prayer are inextricably intertwined. Simply put, the first of seven secrets for more Godwinks is to pray. Moreover, when a Godwink occurs, like a pebble tossed into a pond, there are subsequent ripples that touch the lives of others.

Typical of all Godwink books, this volume is packed with amazing real-life stories about ordinary people, as well as some well-known figures, that reinforce the power of prayer in their lives and the Godwinks that followed.
